At Peetalya, we take as much care in delivering your order as we do in crafting it. Every piece is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely, in perfect condition, and as swiftly as possible.
Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, subject to product availability.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, festive periods, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any delays proactively.
- For made-to-order or customised products, processing timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1,999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,999.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please write to us at support@peetalya.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- South Asia & Southeast Asia: 7–12 business days
- Middle East: 8–14 business days
- USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–21 business days
International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local levies as per the destination country's regulations.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Peetalya has no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays.
- We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
4. Courier Partners
We work with reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders, including but not limited to:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Shiprocket
- India Post (for select remote locations)
- DHL / FedEx (for international shipments)
The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location and order size.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of the courier partner
- A link to track your shipment in real time
You can also track your order by visiting the Track My Order section on our Website or by contacting us at support@peetalya.com with your order number.
6. Packaging
Every Peetalya order is packed with care to reflect the premium nature of our products. We use:
- Protective inner wrapping to safeguard handcrafted metalware during transit.
- Sturdy outer packaging to prevent damage.
- Eco-conscious materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to responsible practices.
Gift-ready packaging is available on select products and can be opted for at checkout.
7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer,
- Failed delivery attempts with no response from the customer, or
- Refusal to accept the package,
we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges will apply and are to be borne by the customer.
If re-delivery is not possible, a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping charges and any return logistics costs.
8. Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please:
- Do not accept the package if the outer packaging is visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
- If damage is discovered upon opening, photograph the product and packaging immediately.
- Contact us at support@peetalya.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.
9. Force Majeure
Peetalya shall not be held liable for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather events
- Government restrictions, strikes, or lockdowns
- Courier partner disruptions
- Customs delays for international shipments
- Pandemic-related restrictions
In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and minimise delays.
