We currently deliver across most locations in India through trusted courier partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and arrange a refund if necessary.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the package and product
- Description of the issue

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Peetalya is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned shipments.
