Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Product received is defective or unusable.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Missing items from the order.

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, engraving, or handcrafted details.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or mishandling after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations are a natural characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.


Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–5 business days.


Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • UPI & Wallets: 3–7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Peetalya may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

If the same item is unavailable, a refund or alternative resolution may be offered.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Many Peetalya products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Small variations in finish, texture, polish, or handcrafted detailing are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered manufacturing defects.
